I'M BACK WITH A NEW CSS. THIS IS STILL A DESIGN SO YOU'LL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL CODING AND TESTING IS COMPLETE UNTIL YOU CAN USE IT.
IT'S A SIMPLE 2008 OLYMPICS DESIGN PRIMARLY FOCUSING ON WHITE WITH RED HIGHLIGHTS.
AND COMMENT/SUGGESTIONS ARE APPRECIATED.

I think it looks great, nice clean lines, good use of white-space - and the underline on the thumbs looks neat too (hehe, thanks for the plug too

I've read about people bugging about the text, and I guess you fixed what the problem was, but I think it's still the weakest part of the design for me. It's too small and bunched together, which reduces readability. The letter spacing in particular is too close for my liking, but I think this could be just in your design (I know how annoying it is to do mockups in Photoshop, and then have the text look different in a browser.)
